Knysna Literary Festival
Knysna 16 to 19 March 2017
Presented by Pam Golding Properties Knysna to promote South Africa's rich literary heritage, the Knysna Literary Festival is now in its 8th year. It is the Garden Route’s only annual festival that hosts an exclusive group of hand-picked authors from South Africa and is fast becoming a must-attend with bookworms and lovers of all things literary.
Truck and Vine Festival
The Craggs (Plett) 9 April 2017
Redford Lane Wines is hosting the area’s first Truck & Vine Festival on Sunday 9th April 2017. This family event, is set to celebrate top notch food and wine with a host of activities and entertainment.

Pink Loerie Mardi Gras
Knysna 27 April to 1 May 2017
This very popular and highly colourful celebration is always a highlight on the international Gay Calendar. The annual Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival is one of South Africa’s most popular festivals with huge appeal for sports lovers, families and those in search of a great party!

Craft Beer & Food Festival
Wilderness 16 & 17 September 2017
The Garden Route will be a hive of activity during September, with a slew of activities, culminating in the most important craft beer and food festival in the region.
